Dublin home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Dublin rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 68.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 5% increase over the $347,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Dublin in the fourth quarter of 2016.
