Grove City home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Grove City fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 235 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,900 - a 5% decrease over the $199,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 242 homes sold in Grove City in the second half of 2017.
