Minerva Park home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Minerva Park rose by $14,500 while total sales increased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,500 - a 7.9% increase over the $183,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Minerva Park in the second half of 2017.
