Lincoln Village home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Lincoln Village rose by $15,955 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 17.9% increase over the $89,046 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Lincoln Village in the third quarter of 2016.
