Westerville home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Westerville rose by $19,950 while total sales decreased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 192 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,450 - a 8.8% increase over the $225,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 210 homes sold in Westerville in the second half of 2017.
