Flint home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Flint rose by $46,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 22% increase over the $209,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Flint in the second half of 2017.
