Hilliard home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Hilliard fell by $5,600 while total sales increased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 229 homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,900 - a 2.1% decrease over the $262,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 222 homes sold in Hilliard in the second half of 2017.
