Worthington home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Worthington rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 0.9% increase over the $287,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in Worthington in the second half of 2017.
