Linworth home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Linworth fell by $92,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 21.9% decrease over the $422,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Linworth in the second half of 2017, as well.
