Bexley home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Bexley fell by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 24.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $368,000 - a 7.8% decrease over the $399,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 111 homes sold in Bexley in the second half of 2017.
