Worthington home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Worthington fell by $2,400 while total sales increased by 106.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,500 - a 0.8% decrease over the $299,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Worthington in the third quarter of 2016.
