Briggsdale home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Briggsdale fell by $52,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,000 - a 55.3% decrease over the $94,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Briggsdale in the first half of 2017.
