Grandview Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Grandview Heights rose by $44,100 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $404,000 - a 12.3% increase over the $359,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Grandview Heights in the third quarter of 2016.
