Blacklick Estates home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Blacklick Estates rose by $16,414 while total sales decreased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 23.9% increase over the $68,586 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Blacklick Estates in the second quarter of 2016.
