Galloway home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Galloway fell by $9,950 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 7.4% decrease over the $134,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Galloway in the first half of 2017.
