Reynoldsburg home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Reynoldsburg rose by $19,000 while total sales increased by 29.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 178 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 15.1% increase over the $126,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 137 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in the first half of 2017.
