Groveport home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Groveport rose by $4,600 while total sales decreased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,100 - a 2.9% increase over the $157,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Groveport in the first half of 2017.
