Grove City home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Grove City rose by $7,667 while total sales increased by 10.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 228 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,667 - a 4.3% increase over the $178,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 207 homes sold in Grove City in the first half of 2017.
