Blacklick home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Blacklick rose by $24,000 while total sales increased by 28.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $216,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Blacklick in the first half of 2017.
