Minerva Park home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Minerva Park rose by $52,500 while total sales decreased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 28% increase over the $187,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Minerva Park in the first half of 2017.
