Canal Winchester home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Canal Winchester rose by $11,400 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,900 - a 6% increase over the $188,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Canal Winchester in the second quarter of 2016.
