Westerville home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Westerville rose by $45,900 while total sales increased by 82.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 203 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 22.5% increase over the $204,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 111 homes sold in Westerville in the first half of 2017.
