Blacklick home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Blacklick rose by $20,600 while total sales increased by 51.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,500 - a 10.6% increase over the $194,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Blacklick in the second quarter of 2016.
