Worthington home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Worthington rose by $23,900 while total sales increased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $323,900 - a 8% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Worthington in the first half of 2017.
