Grandview Heights home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Grandview Heights fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 4.8% decrease over the $367,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Grandview Heights in the second quarter of 2016.
