Darbydale home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Darbydale fell by $24,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 35.3% decrease over the $69,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Darbydale in the second half of 2016.
