Dublin home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Dublin rose by $20,316 while total sales increased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 120 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,316 - a 5.8% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 107 homes sold in Dublin in the second quarter of 2016.
