Lincoln Village home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Lincoln Village rose by $30,750 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,250 - a 40.2% increase over the $76,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Lincoln Village in the second half of 2016.
