Lake Darby home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Lake Darby fell by $44,600 while total sales decreased by 44%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,400 - a 29.7% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Lake Darby in the first quarter of 2016.
