Minerva Park home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Minerva Park rose by $54,600 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,000 - a 40.9% increase over the $133,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Minerva Park in the first quarter of 2016.
