Westerville home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Westerville rose by $28,000 while total sales increased by 81%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 210 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,500 - a 14.2% increase over the $197,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 116 homes sold in Westerville in the second half of 2016.
