Obetz home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Obetz rose by $28,300 while total sales increased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,300 - a 28% increase over the $101,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Obetz in the first half of 2016.
