Groveport home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Groveport rose by $500 while total sales increased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,500 - a 0.3% increase over the $157,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Groveport in the first half of 2016.
