Riverlea home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Riverlea rose by $6,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $343,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Riverlea in the first half of 2016, as well.
