Reese home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Reese rose by $11,550 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $32,950 - a 54% increase over the $21,400 median sale price for the previous year. There were four homes sold in Reese in 2018.
