Columbus home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Columbus rose by $6,400 while total sales decreased by 0.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 8,909 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,900 - a 4.4% increase over the $145,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 8,932 homes sold in Columbus in 2018.
