Groveport home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Groveport rose by $41,000 while total sales increased by 21.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 108 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,000 - a 24.8% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Groveport in 2018.
