Dublin home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Dublin rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 342 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 1.8% increase over the $393,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 399 homes sold in Dublin in 2018.
