Urbancrest home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Urbancrest fell by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,000 - a 32.3% decrease over the $97,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Urbancrest in 2017.
