Grove City home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Grove City fell by $1,100 while total sales increased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 463 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,900 - a 0.6% decrease over the $189,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 449 homes sold in Grove City in 2017.
