Riverlea home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Riverlea rose by $92,500 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $442,500 - a 26.4% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Riverlea in 2017.
