Blacklick home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Blacklick rose by $28,500 while total sales increased by 63.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 165 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,500 - a 14.5% increase over the $196,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 101 homes sold in Blacklick in 2016.
