Worthington home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Worthington rose by $12,251 while total sales increased by 28.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 165 homes sold, with a median sale price of $291,000 - a 4.4% increase over the $278,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in Worthington in 2016.
