Riverlea home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Riverlea rose by $6,500 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $343,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Riverlea in 2016, as well.
