Linworth home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Linworth rose by $42,100 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $422,500 - a 11.1% increase over the $380,400 median sale price for the previous year. There were three homes sold in Linworth in 2016.
