North Perry home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in North Perry rose by $55,750 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,750 - a 41.3% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in North Perry in May 2019.

The median sales tax in North Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,923, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
