Lincoln Village home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Lincoln Village rose by $15,450 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,500 - a 13.9% increase over the $111,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lincoln Village in March 2019, as well.
