Galloway home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Galloway fell by $35,507 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 13.4% decrease over the $265,507 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Galloway in March 2019.
