Groveport home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Groveport rose by $70,900 while total sales decreased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,900 - a 43% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Groveport in March 2019.
