Dublin home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Dublin rose by $20,450 while total sales decreased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,900 - a 5.4% increase over the $379,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Dublin in March 2019.
